Bush At War
Operational Pause
The Audacity Of Obama's Bullshit
Wow.
What was it Wright presided over between Barack and his bride Michelle? Oh yeah: just their wedding. And what was it Wright presided over with Barack and his bride Michelle and their two daughters? Oh yeah, just their two daughters' baptism. And what was the name of that book I saw a couple years back? Oh, yeah, just "The Audacity Of Hope", which title Barack Obama enthusiastically borrowed from the sermon by Wright that so spoke to Obama's inner Islamic Nationalist that he named his Self-Promobama-bio after it.
Never mind all that: the facts according to Obama at this time are that not only does Obama no longer recognize his old friend and mentor, Obama barely remembers even meeting him.
That's all anyone needs to know about Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama Disowns Black-Racism-Spewin', America-Hatin', Farrakan-Lovin' Mentor He Can No More Disown Than He Can The Black Community (UPDATED)
What anguish must the Lamb of Chicago be feeling right now?
Says the Obamian One, "the man I saw yesterday was not the man I knew for 20 years."
Bullshit.
The icing on the cake: the so-called Christian reverend shows up with Marion Barry, Cornel West, Malik Zulu Shabazz of the New Black Panther Party, Nation of Islam official Jamil Muhammada and a contingent of Farrakan's "bodyguards", and Obama knew nothing about any of Wright's connections to Farrakan and his facist band of Nation of Islam assholes, even after Wright visited Libya with Farrakan in 1984 to kiss Kahdaffi's ass.
Like I said: Bullshit.
Bull, Shit.
Although Obama clearly has no sense of personal loyalty or honor, he is enough of a political animal to know that he has to seem as if he does. He should therefore know that it's time to withdraw from the race. Now it's up to his judgement, so let's see what he's got.
Allah gets the bottom line:
After 20 years of friendship, if Obama didn’t know Wright held these beliefs he’s a moron and if he did know he’s a fraud.UPDATE
Rich Lowry returns to Obama's lame plea that "the man I saw yesterday was not the man I knew for 20 years." Here's Obama in his book Dreams From My Fodder
The title of Reverend Wright's sermon that morning was "The Audacity of Hope." He began with a passage from the Book of Samuel—the story of Hannah, who, barren and taunted by her rivals, had wept and shaken in prayer before her God. The story reminded him, he said, of a sermon a fellow pastor had preached at a conference some years before, in which the pastor described going to a museum and being confronted by a painting title Hope….Nothing about Wright is different now. Obama knows it, and so does the rest of the world.
"It is this world, a world where cruise ships throw away more food in a day than most residents of Port-au-Prince see in a year, where white folks' greed runs a world in need, apartheid in one hemisphere, apathy in another hemisphere…That's the world! On which hope sits!"
And so it went, a meditation on a fallen world. While the boys next to me doodled on their church bulletin, Reverend Wright spoke of Sharpsville and Hiroshima, the callousness of policy makers in the White House and in the State House. As the sermon unfolded, though, the stories of strife became more prosaic, the pain more immediate. The reverend spoke of the hardship that the congregation would face tomorrow, the pain of those far from the mountaintop, worrying about paying the light bill…
Yes, We Have No Corn
We're sitting on a motherlode of oil, but Yes, We Have No Corn. The biofuels debacle is global warm-mongering in a nutshell: The first victims of poseur environmentalism will always be developing countries. In order for you to put biofuel in your Prius and feel good about yourself for no reason, real actual people in faraway places have to starve to death.
Ethanol: Results 10, Intentions 0
Kay Bailey Hutchison explains in Investor's News Daily:
The Nobel Prize-winning economist Milton Friedman once said, "One of the great mistakes is to judge policies and programs by their intentions rather than their results."Many idiots seem genuinely surprised at how the results of ethanol advocacy clash with their intentions, by how harmful the ideologically-driven lurch to ethanol fuel has proven to be to the food supply, the economy and the environment. The problem is that for once the science really is settled on the result.
Let's see how swiftly Algore puts a man on it.

Jihadism Is As Jihadism Does
Of the links McCarthy provides I was struck by this elegantly illuminating passage from George Weigel's Faith, Reason, and the War Against Jihadism:
There are many forms of Islam. Some of them, often called "fundamentalism" or "Islamism," stress the need for a deep religious and moral reform within the House of Islam and the reestablishment of Islamic political power. The specific form of Islamism that threatens the West — and with which we are engaged in an unavoidable contest to define the human future — is best described as jihadism. Jihadism is distinguished from other forms of Islamism or the ill-named "Islamic fundamentalism" by its distinctive views on Islamic reform, by its political methods and goals (which are messianic and involve nothing less than a global Islamic state), by its concept of its enemies, and by the methods it legitimates for dealing with those enemies.Islamofacism, jihadism, Islamism, those are the names of the enemy. And only I will decide the words I use to address or describe him. You are also free to do so. There is nothing but good in that freedom, unless you are an enemy of that freedom, for example, a jihadist or, more locally, someone stupid enough to want to confer American Constitutional freedoms on jihadists, who operate outside not only the Constitution but the Geneva Conventions as well.
Jihadism has been defined distinctly and well by Richard John Neuhaus: "Jihadism is the religiously inspired ideology [which teaches] that it is the moral obligation of all Muslims to employ whatever means [are] necessary to compel the world's submission to Islam." (Emphasis mine)
But that's old: anyone who still thinks that way after 9/11 is simply ignorant, for whatever reason: ideology, low IQ, BDS, you're Nancy Pelosi, etc.
Obama's Marxist Campaign Help
Barack Obama has a thing for Marxists. He befriends them, listens to their counsel, and he even hires them to work in his campaign. And they seem to feel the warmth. President Daniel Ortega of Nicaragua, who led a revolution there in 1979, says Barack Obama's presidential bid is a "revolutionary" phenomenon, and Americans are "laying the foundations for a revolutionary change." A captured computer revealed that an unknown person chatted with Marxist FARC guerillas on Obama's behalf (they believed), stating he would be the next President and US policy towards Columbia would change. Frank Marshall Davis, a dear Obama friend and mentor was a member of the Communist Party USA. Barack Obama just seems to attract Marxists.
If the people he surrounds himself with are any indication of his core beliefs, a higher capital gains tax to punish the rich, even if it diminishes actual tax revenue, may be only the beginning. Obama's Official campaign blogger, Sam Graham-Felsen, a former writer for the leftist Nation magazine and a contributor to the Socialist Viewpoint, is certainly a believer in class warfare...
Obama is a community organizer in the Saul Alinsky mold, and knows where to get people like Sam who have energy and drive. His staff is nothing if not energetic. He even cut his activist teeth in Chicago, the stomping grounds of Alinsky and so many others in the "progressive" community. One wonders why the windy city still has a murder rate higher than Baghdad, after so many years of enlightened activism.

And Context For All
Along comes Bill Moyers, who provides a fawning forum in which Wright is free to explain, in whatever way he wishes, his racist tirades into their proper context. And what does Wright tell us? Nothing. Nothing we haven't heard before. No context. Just the same passive-aggressive accusations that he has been misunderstood, misrepresented, misconstrued and oh yeah taken out of context, too. But he never quite says how, just as Obama never quite says how. About anything.
Thanks to ABC, here is some of that context we've all been waiting for from the contextually-challenged, to say nothing of reality-challenged Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Roll it:
Warm, sweet, creamy context. From "The Day of Jerusalem's Fall" 9/16/2001
Watch this sermon.
Rev. Jeremiah Wright:
I heard Ambassador Peck on an interview yesterday, did anybody else see him or hear him? He was on Fox News, this is a white man, and he was upsetting the Fox News commentators to no end. He pointed out, did you see him John, a white man, and he pointed out, an ambassador, that what Malcolm X said when he got silenced by Elijah Mohammed was in fact true, America's chickens are coming home to roost. We took this country by terror, away from the Sioux, the Apache, the Arowak, the Comanche, the Arapahoe, the Navajo. Terrorism. We took Africans from their country to build our way of ease and kept them enslaved and living in fear. Terrorism. We bombed Granada and killed innocent civilians, babies, non-military personnel. We bombed the black civilian community of Panama with stealth bombers and killed unarmed teenagers and toddlers, pregnant mothers, and hardworking fathers. We bombed Qaddafi's home and killed his child. Blessed are they who bash your children's head against a rock. We bombed Iraq. We killed unarmed civilians trying to make a living. We bombed a plant in Sudan to payback for the attack on our embassy, killed hundreds of hardworking people, mothers and fathers who left home to go that day not knowing that they would never get back home. We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon and we never batted an eye. Kids playing in the playground, mothers picking up children from school, civilians, not soldiers, people just trying to make it day by day. We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and Black South Africans and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards.America's chickens!
Are coming home!To roost!
(Emphasis by Rev. Wright ~ Ed.)
From "Confusing God and Government" 4/13/03
Rev. Jeremiah Wright:
The British government failed, the Russian government failed, the Japanese government failed, the German government failed, and the United States of America government, when it came to treating her citizens of Indian descent fairly, she failed. She put them on reservations. When it came to treating her citizens of Japanese decent fairly, she failed. She put them in internment prison camps. When it came to treating her citizens of African descent fairly, America failed. The government put them in chains. She put them on slave quarters, put them on auction blocks, put them in cotton fields, put them in inferior schools, put them in sub-standard housing, put them in scientific experiments, put them in the lowest paying jobs, put them outside the equal protection of the law, kept them out of their racist bastions of higher education, and locked them into positions of hopelessness and helplessness. The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three strike law, and then wants us to sing God Bless America, no, no, no.
Not God bless America, God damn America. That's in the Bible, for killing innocent people. God damn America for treating her citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme. The United States government has failed the vast majority of her citizens of African descent. Think about this, think about this.
For every one Oprah, a billionaire, you've got 5 million blacks who out of work. For every one Colin Powell, a millionaire, you've got 10 million blacks who cannot read. For every one Condoskeeza Rice, you've got 1 million in prison. For every one Tiger Woods, who needs to get beat, at the Masters, with his cap, blazin' hips playing on a course that discriminates against women. God has his way of bringing you up short when you get to big for your cap, blazin britches. For every one Tiger Woods, we got 10,000 black kids who will never see a golf course. The United States government has failed the vast majority of her citizens of African descent.

Let's review:
America deserved it. She was askin' for it- look at how she was dressed! The lives of the three thousand human beings who died at Ground Zero were the wages of an evil American empire's centuries-long reign of terror over the entire world right through to the end of the twentieth century. He says nothing about the bastards who murdered his fellow AmeriKKKans, because they're his heroes for takin' it to the Monster, as Obama's friends William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn see things.
Ed Morrissey:
And talking about context, notice that Wright never provides any context for the actions against Japan, Libya, Panama, and Granada. In his speech, we just up and decided one day to murder Qaddafi’s child.Oh: Reverend Wright did not quote Ambassador Peck about "chickens coming home to roost", because Ambassador Peck never said any such thing. Like Barack Hussein Obama, the Reverend Wright is a fabricator and a liar. I have no use for either of them.
So. What else is new?
Well, for one thing, Operation Chaos continues.

Let's Get It Over With (Updated)
As I observe here and here, the ridiculous Moqtada al Sadr's so-called "Mahdi Army in Iraq" has recently been taking it in every orifice, including those manufactured by bullets and artillery delivered by Allah's will through his divine vessel, U.S. President George W. Bush.
Now it looks like the Mookster can't even get any respect.
It's time to put this asshole out of his misery and press on with Change and Hope for Iraqis.
Damn, that sounds Changeworthy and Hopefullish.
In reality, it means a guy in Florida with a bitchin' remote sends a Hellfire missile up Sadr's ass just after lunch on a sunny Sunday.
I like this area very much.
Discuss/fret/manufacture outrage.
UPDATE:
Okay, so maybe US and Iraqi Forces won't kill the sonofabitch, although right now they're busy killing or incarcerating everyone who works for him. After that, we'll see, but for now:
The senior-most Iraqi general in charge of the security operation in Basrah has issued an ultimatum for wanted Mahdi Army leaders and fighters to surrender in the next 24 hours as the Iraqi and US military ignore Muqtada al Sadr's threat to conduct a third uprising. US troops killed 15 Mahdi Army fighters in Baghdad yesterday and have killed 56 fighters since Sadr issued his threat last weekend. Thanks to Ace.
In Basrah, General Mohan al Freiji, the chief of the Basrah Operational Commander and leader of the security operation in the province, has given issued warrants "for 81 people, including senior leaders of the Mahdi militia, and they have 24 hours to give up," The Associated Press reported...
Iraqi and US forces have not stopped its operations against The Mahdi Army in Baghdad and the South despite Sadr's threat to conduct a third uprising. US forces in Baghdad alone have reported 56 "criminals" killed since Sadr issued his warning. The US military refers to the Mahdi Army as criminals in an effort to marginalize and delegitimize the group.
Twenty-seven Mahdi Army fighters were killed during clashes in Sadr City and Baghdad on April 20. US troops killed five Mahdi Army fighters in Sadr City and another seven fighters in New Baghdad on April 21. US soldiers killed another fifteen Mahdi Army fighters inside Sadr City on April 22.
South of Baghdad in the city of Karbala, Iraqi police detained seven members of the Mahdi Army on April 22.

As I Wright, sorry, write this, I hear Obidiot on the radio, claiming that it took forty-five minutes before the debate got around to the "real" issues. In other words, it was forty five minutes before he was finally able to change the subject from who he really is and how desperately unqualified he is to be President, to the talking points he hopes will distract me from who he really is and how desperately unqualified he is to be President.
Whatever, dude.
Hot Air Shocka: Steph is now Unacceptably! Partisan!
To appreciate the dishonesty of their reaction, ask yourself this: If Gibson and Stephanopoulos had spent the first 45 minutes raking Hillary over the coals about Tuzla, Whitewater, Monicagate, and whatever else they could scrounge, would there be similarly high dudgeon about the dearth of “real” issues broached? Of course not. There’d be a few “gee, rough night for Hillary” reactions, a few “good, maybe this will convince her to get out” responses, the obligatory uproar from Jeralyn Merritt, Taylor Marsh, and the rest of the left’s dwindling pro-Clinton wing, and that’d be that. It’s entirely a means-ends analysis. ABC hurt the Savior, which is, and can only be, unfair. Hence the video below, which is circulating this afternoon.
Meanwhile, this is fun, too.

The Audacity Of Clinging
Rich Lowry:
Obama brings a special measure of arrogance to the standard liberal critique of Middle America. His candidacy has always been characterized by two paradoxes. How can he be so hopeful at the same time he and his wife, Michelle, portray America as a sink-pit of despair? And how can he claim to be a uniter when he’s an orthodox liberal who has risked little or nothing for bipartisan outreach?Jonah Goldberg:
Now, we know. Obama defines hopefulness as liberalism, specifically liberalism as embodied by himself. Only with Obama’s election will America be redeemed from its harrowing false consciousness. We will be unified, not by Obama reaching out to conservatives to hammer out compromises, but by conservatives shedding their bitterness and becoming Obama liberals.
This is the underside of hope: arrogance fading into a secular messianism based on the fallenness of everyone who disagrees with Barack Obama. And it’s small-town voters who are deluded?
I don't mind [Obama] saying that small town blue collar workers are bitter over lost jobs. I think that's objectively true in some cases and perfectly defensible as a general statement. The offending word here is "cling." It's a word drenched in haughtiness and condescension. We cling to rocks when we are caught in a current. Obama's imagery suggests that because the economic tide is receding these people are clinging to God and guns, presumably to compensate for the undertow. But he also suggests that if the economic tide were rising these same people would let go of God and guns and ride the currents to happier and more progressive lands where everyone thinks like Obama. In his telling Pennsylvania was once Belgium on the Susquehanna — cheese parties, Sam Harris book clubs etc — and it can be again if only these people get good enough jobs to lay down their guns and bibles. As just about everyone has observed by now, this is a fundamentally Marxist way of looking at the world and Obama deserves to be called on it.Thomas Sowell throws in on Obama's sinking fortunes in "A Living Lie", by putting B. Hussein Obidiot's words in the larger context of the left wing idiot's general world view, which he must carefuly conceal from "the others" out there in the real world:
Some of his recent talk in San Francisco has stirred up controversy because it revealed yet another blatant contradiction between Barack Obama's public imageOf course, like any liberal, Obama has no intention of taking responsibility for what he said. Jim Geraghty:
and his reality.
Speaking privately to supporters in heavily left-liberal San Francisco, Obama let down his hair and described working class people in Pennsylvania as so "bitter" that they "cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them."
Like so much that Obama has said and done over the years, this is standard stuff on the far left, where guns and religion are regarded as signs of psychological dysfunction -- and where opinions different from those of the left are ascribed to emotions ("bitter" in this case), rather than to arguments that need to be answered.
Like so many others on the left, Obama rejects "stereotypes" when they are stereotypes he doesn't like but blithely throws around his own stereotypes about "a typical white person" or "bitter" gun-toting, religious and racist working class people.
In politics, the clearer a statement is, the more certain it is to be followed by a "clarification," when people react adversely to what was plainly said.
Barack Obama, speaking to the Associated Press' Annual Meeting:Well then, they're just clinging to their old bigoted ways. They must instead embrace Obidiot before they can be free.Good afternoon. I know I kept a lot of you guys busy this weekend with the comments I made lastweek. Some of you might even be a little bitter about that."The way those remarks have been interpreted have offended some people." Not, "I offended some people." It's your fault, or somebody else's fault for once again "misinterpreting" those remarks.
As I said yesterday, I regret some of the words I chose, partly because the way that these remarks have been interpreted have offended some people and partly because they have served as one more distraction from the critical debate that we must have in this election season.
Then, once again, this is a "distraction" from what Obama wants to talk about. Whenever an issue comes along that reflects badly on him, it's a distraction from the "real issues." But what if Americans want to talk about this? What if they really think that an aspiring president looks down on them, and doesn't understand life in small town America? What if that's a critical debate and real issue to them?
Obama scandal
No Guts, No Glory
[Al Gore and John F. Kerry] lost control of their public images to the right-wing freak show — that network of operatives and commentators working mostly outside of the mainstream media — and ultimately lost their elections as many voters came to see them as elitist, out-of-touch, phony, and even unpatriotic.Whereas Obidiot pointed to "clinging" small-town rubes, these two Obidiots-in-training blame the "right-wing freak show" (a term mooted by its own coarseness and lame predictability compared to the elegantly versatile "idiot"). You know, the right-wing freak show that fools all them stupid rubes that Obidiot was talkin' Obout. And their Republican masters in Washington who are so out of touch and "outside the mainstream" that in 2000 and 2004 they only won the Electoral College that decides the Presidency, for all you idiots who still dream of Florida.
"Elitist, out-of-touch, phony, and even unpatriotic." Yes, that describes B. Hussein Obidiot.
Oh, by the way, did you hear he has once again taken to wearing a flag lapel pin after declaring that very thing an empty act of false patriotism? Not any more, I guess, especially after insulting the entire midwestern electorate. A politburo of Colmeses would call that a flip-flop were Obidiot a Republican.

Quote Of The Day
Jeremiah Wright's "Christianity" [is] Farrakhan's Nation of Islam with the serial numbers filed off and "Mohammad" swapped out for "Jesus."True Dat.
Reality Trumps Audacity, Part 2
But the truth is, is that, our challenge is to get people persuaded that we can make progress when there’s not evidence of that in their daily lives. You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. So it’s not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to express their frustrations. What a f'n snob. Yeah, fer sure that whole "religion is the opiate" thing that Marx loved so much. Of course. People only find faith out of bitterness and frustration; and why would Obama think otherwise, after twenty years of listening to Jeremiah Wright, whose whole message is bitterness and rage and hate and blame?
Captain Ed:
What makes this so breathtaking is the mindless, casual way in which Obama reveals his snobbishness and elitism. We saw hints of this from Michelle Obama, in her assertions about never being proud of her country until her husband ran for President. (Soren Dayton has more on this.) We had not seen it from Obama himself in such a blatant and unmistakable manner. The matter-of-fact style in which he spoke this shows the unthinking contempt he has for people he has never engaged — an acceptance of stereotypes without questioning them that shows his own bigotry, not to mention foolishness and poor judgment. The adventure continues.

Reality Trumps Audacity
So a stuttering Obama catches Himself before lying to his starry-eyed flock that a known terrorist organization in Iraq that has publicly identified itself around Earth as Al Qaeda In Iraq is in fact not in Iraq, and instead babbles that Al Qaeda's leaders are not in Iraq. While this is truly a prodigious prevarication, it is neither revelation nor relevant. But it is revealing in that it's the only way the Chosen One can bolster the Democrats' intelligence-insulting lie that the real war is somehow somewhere else, anywhere but Iraq. Where, by the way, American and IMF forces are mulching what is left of Al Qaeda In Iraq and other various and sundry Islamofascist assholes that used-to-flock-there-but-not-so-much-any-more. Including Sadr's Islamofascist assholes, which outfit is a shadow of what it was before American forces identified its heads and targeted them for death as soon as Sadr exposed their dumb asses.
John Hinderaker:
...this is, of course, a non sequitur. So what? Al Qaeda's top leadership has made creating chaos in Iraq its number one priority. Was the top leadership of Nazi Germany in Normandy, or the top leadership of imperial Japan on Iwo Jima? Obama's slip nicely reveals how the Democrats' incoherent policy on Iraq requires them to deny, explicitly or implicitly, the reality of what is happening there.True. Their "incoherent policy" originates of course from the fact that Democrats have to lie about the rescue of Iraq in order to maintain the support of their idiot-left base who, while fabulously self-delusional, nonetheless play a large part in the Democrats' electoral prospects. That's reality.
If the Democrats were invested in the truth, they would follow their own special and precious advice and "listen to the generals" (I believe a General Petreaus was in DC just in the last few days). Instead, they'll keep denying reality in Iraq at least until November, after which they will be forced to deal with it regardless of who next assumes the office of the President.
What does Obama do by asking us to believe that Iraq is suddenly all wrapped up and safe from the "real" Al Qaeda, but horribly insult the young Americans who have given blood, limb and life to rescue Iraq's people?

False, Ignorant And Shallow
This is ironic and weirdly self-defeating, since the liberal message of national improvement is profoundly more optimistic, and patriotic, than the innate conservative pessimism about the perfectibility of human nature. Now that takes some serious delusion.
Wehner responds.
...is Klein really prepared to argue that the aim of the institutional strongholds of contemporary liberalism - whether we are talking about the academy or Hollywood or others - is to deepen our love for America and increase our civic devotion and pride? That their efforts will make us a more perfect union? Does Klein believe that during the last several decades liberals rather than conservatives have been more likely to reject cultural relativism and radical multiculturalism? Have liberals rather than conservatives been more vocal in arguing why the United States is better in every way than its totalitarian enemies? Is Ted Kennedy really more patriotic in his “liberal message of national improvement” than Ronald Reagan was in his conservative message of national improvement? The best questions are already answered. Here's the rest.

Obscure Lefty Fright-Pig Faces National Backlash
All she did was call Hillary! a "big fucking whore" and Geraldine Ferraro a "whore" and "David Duke in drag." Whatever. Boilerplate AA fare. Nothing unusual. But...
According to an AA press release,
Air America encourages strong opinions about public affairs but does not condone such abusive, ad hominem language by our hosts," said chair Charlie Kireker.Since when? AA has never been about anything BUT ad hominem attacks. That's how Stuart Smalley sold all those dozens of books- bestsellers like "Rush Limbaugh Is A Big Fat This " and "Rush Limbaugh Is A Big Fat That."
I know. But let's stay focused.
Q: Since when does Air America punish their house retards (also known as "staff" and "employees") for just being retards? And isn't that ad hominem in itself, Air America management calling their retards retards? Is that the shape this campaign is going to take? Is this what we can expect from Republicans? And is that what Americans want in their retards? How many times do retards have to be called retards before Republicans stop calling them retards even when they actually are retards? Isn't that just retarded? (How'm I doin', Colmes?)
Where's the love?

I Like This Area Very Much
This is an important, defining piece, but...
It's pretty much what we adults have been saying about her all along, yo.
Think I'll listen to Rush tomorrow morning. That'll be fun.
Cover-the-floor-with-idiot-blood fun.
The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther – and goes much deeper – than anyone realizes.I like this area very much.
Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.
Why?
“Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

Max Mosely
Apparently not Mosely's only flaw.
Given Fangio's contempt for Bernie Ecclestone, I can't imagine what El Maestro would have thought of this.
I love this line from Somebody's cable sports channel:
The FIA not only governs Formula One, but helps establish appropriate standards for all other motor racing championships, including NASCAR.
Now, what does that mean besides "If you think banging imitation Nazi whores is fucked, wait til you get a load of the steak sandwich at Hooters"?
Frankly, I'm offended.
