It is heart-rending to watch my beloved Greece fall to wanton leftist violence, destruction and murder. These photos via Power Line boil the tragedy down to two very powerful symbols: the immolation of order and the murder of the innocent, two sure harbingers of leftist revolution.

I think it was Mark Steyn who wrote that the dark night of fascism is always supposed to be descending on the United States, but somehow it keeps landing in Europe. I'm afraid we are seeing that once again. Europe is in serious trouble.
