And no, he hasn't changed his mind -- he simply knows he can't tell the truth about his agenda, which is single-payer universal health care, plus all the power that accrues to him as a result.

And that's what Jim's talking about when he says, "Everybody in, nobody out," a single payer health care plan, universal health care plan. That's what I'd like to see... (Emphasis added)
