Microcosm
Ladies and gennemun, consider Perez Hilton, who demands ideological submission to gay marriage, elsewise he will make a pathetic ass of himself on YouTube. You see, for Miss California Carrie Prejean and the majority of voters in her home state, there's no such thing as gay marriage because marriage is a sacrament between a man and a woman which, thanks to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, is Miss Prejean's God-given right to decide, Hilton's intolerant and hateful attacks notwithstanding.
Hilton is a self-serving and dishonest bully(in other words, a leftist). How else to describe someone who asks this young woman an overtly political question in front of a national audience in hopes of extorting the answer he wants from her and then, because he doesn't get it, bitches that she should leave politics out of it?
What a dishonest, vengeful, maladjusted little baby (in other words, a leftist).
All of which is a microcosm for the difference between right and left:
On the right: adherence to a set of principles, come what may;
From the left: anger, libel, defamation, slander and vengeance on those who refuse to fall in line with their latest intrusions on freedom of choice and personal liberty.
