New Medium, Same Old Message
A Belmont Club reader paraphrases Dorothy Thompson vis the Pelosi Democrats' Peace-Through-Surrender policy in Iraq:
This peace has been established on betrayal of the citizens of Iraq, and can only maintain itself by further betrayal. This is not peace without victory, for the victory goes to Al Qeda, Iran, Syria and Mr. Bin-Laden. This peace is without virtue. Therefore, it is not peace, but the initiation of a greater world crisis.
