Most antiwar idiots are antiwar idiots in large part because they are ignorant of the lessons of history. Take, for instance, leftist idiots' absolutely bovinely stupid and uninformed notion that there were no pacifists defending Hitler before WWII (which fallacy was laughingly supposed to buttress the "good war" vs. "bad Bush war" argument).
